What is the best over the Countier sleep aids?

I have a boyfriend who snores very bad, only stay with him durning the weekends but I can never sleep and then Im tired all weekend. I have used tylenol sleep aid and it does not work for me. Until he gets help for it sleep aids are my only choice. Can anyone help me find something?
