Obviously I’m not the only insomniac in the country, so why don’t we start an insomniac club and chat to each other till the early hours of the afternoon. Anybody in agreeance?

I have read that insomnia causes depression and that depression causes insomnia and I would like to know which way it works or how you can tell which is the cause and effect if both are true.

Would somebody please dirrect me to information about insomnia caused by long term use of sedatives?
This is possible right, long term use of sedatives disrupting a persons ability to naturally fall asleep once they are taken off of the sedatives?
